Live2D models and character designs automatically include monetization rights without additional commercial fees. However, this does not permit you to sell the model or Photoshop files for profit.

TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:1. Payment
Commissions must be paid upfront before starting. For amounts above 800 USD, payment can be split into two installments.
All commissions incur a 5% transaction fee.
2. Deadline :
You will receive an estimated completion time for your commission and will be notified of any delays.
3. Refund
You can cancel your commission and receive a 50% refund up until the sketch phase is completed.
No refunds are available after the sketch phase unless I miss the deadline entirely. In such cases, you are eligible for a partial refund or a full refund if the commission has not been started.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
4. Revisions
For commissions that include revisions, I will contact you multiple times during the process for feedback.
You can request changes to some extent, but you cannot revert to previous stages of the process.
5. Privacy/NDA
Unless you purchase a partial or full privacy plan, I reserve the right to publish the commission and work-in-progress (WIP) images on online platforms (including Patreon/Gumroad).
6. Personal-Use Rights
You may print and display the commission in your personal space, use it as a profile picture, and post it on social media with proper credit to me.
7. Commercial Rights
This grants you the permission to use the commission for monetization purposes, such as promotional materials (stream graphics, website banners, book covers, advertising posters, etc.) and/or produce merchandise (printed directly on keychains, mousepads, t-shirts, etc.) depending on the license.
